Everything you need to know about how we deliver your wholesale CBD orders and what payment methods we accept.

Shipping Methods & Costs

Checkout shows the final shipping quote live based on destination and service level. All rates below are net ex. VAT and include tracking.

Netherlands

Orders shipping within the Netherlands go out via tracked domestic carriers with a standard or express option.

  • Standard: €6.90, typically 2-3 working days
  • Express: €12.90, typically 1-2 working days
  • Orders from €700: Free standard shipping

Zone 1, Nearby Europe

Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, France, Spain, Italy and Switzerland ship on our first international zone.

  • Standard: €12.90, typically 2-4 working days
  • Express: €19.90, typically 1-2 working days

Zone 2, Wider Europe

Austria, Portugal, Ireland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Hungary, Poland, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Romania, Greece, Cyprus and Malta ship on our extended European zone.

  • Standard: €18.90, typically 3-5 working days
  • Express: €24.90, typically 2-3 working days

United Kingdom

UK shipments include the paperwork needed for compliant wholesale imports.

  • Standard: €19.90, typically 3-5 working days
  • Express: €29.90, typically 1-3 working days
  • Documentation: Export and compliance paperwork included

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 14:00 (Amsterdam time, CET/CEST) on working days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 or on weekends/public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

Packaging

All wholesale orders are packaged in discreet, odour-sealed packaging. Bulk flower and resin orders are vacuum-sealed in food-grade bags. CBD oils are shipped in protective foam inserts. All shipments include a packing slip and COA documentation.

Wholesale Logistics

Carriers we ship with

We use established European carriers for parcel and pallet movement, selected per destination for transit time and tracking quality:

  • PostNL / DHL Parcel: Netherlands and Benelux parcel, 1-2 working days.
  • DPD / GLS: Mainland EU parcel, 2-5 working days depending on zone.
  • UPS Express Saver: Express parcel for UK and EU, 1-3 working days.
  • Pallet freight: Booked per quote for orders above 30 kg or with packaging volume; 3-7 working days mainland EU.

Lead times by order type

  • Open catalogue (in stock): dispatch within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation.
  • White-label, label-only: 5-10 working days from artwork sign-off.
  • White-label, full custom packaging: 4-8 weeks for first run; 2-4 weeks for repeat runs.
  • Bulk oil over 25 L or isolate over 25 kg: confirm production lead time at quote stage.

Restricted markets

We do not ship into markets where commercial CBD is not legally importable, or where the destination ceiling cannot be met by the available batches. Common cases:

  • UK: shipped only on UK-compliant batches that meet the 1mg-per-unit total-THC ceiling. Customs declaration matches the COA.
  • Switzerland & Norway: case-by-case after compliance review. Customs declarations issued by the dispatch desk.
  • Outside EU + UK + EFTA: not shipped from this site without a written confirmation from the compliance desk.
  • Synthetic cannabinoids (HHC / HHC-P / THC-P / etc.): not stocked, not shipped.

Documentation pack with every wholesale order

Every wholesale dispatch ships with a documentation pack: per-batch Certificate of Analysis (COA), hemp registration certificate, ingredient declaration, and where applicable a CMR or commercial invoice for cross-border movement. Buyers can request the pack ahead of order via the analysis hub.

Payment Methods

Online Payments

We accept the following two payment methods for all wholesale orders:

  • Bank Transfer (SEPA / international wire), Default payment method. Bank details are emailed once your order is confirmed.
  • Bitcoin (paid via escrow), Pay in BTC through a third-party escrow service. Funds are held by the escrow provider and only released to us once your goods are dispatched and you confirm receipt.

Wholesale Invoice Accounts

Professional buyers with established accounts may be eligible for invoice payment terms (net-7 or net-14). Apply for a wholesale account or contact our team to discuss invoice payment.

Payment Security

Bank transfers are processed through standard SEPA / SWIFT channels. Bitcoin orders are settled exclusively through an independent escrow provider, we never ask you to send BTC directly to a private address. Always confirm escrow details with our team before sending funds.

Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Your order summary and invoice
  • Your Colissimo or carrier tracking number
  • Link to track your parcel in real time

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns of unopened products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus original shipping costs. To initiate a return, please contact our team with your order number and reason for return.

We do not accept returns of opened products for hygiene reasons, unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.
