Checkout calculates your exact shipping rate by destination country and service level. All rates below are net ex. VAT and include parcel tracking.

Netherlands

Orders shipping within the Netherlands go out via tracked domestic carriers with a standard or express option.

• Standard: €6.90, typically 2-3 working days
• Express: €12.90, typically 1-2 working days
• Orders from €700: Free standard shipping

Zone 1, Nearby Europe

Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, France, Spain, Italy and Switzerland ship on our first international zone.

• Standard: €12.90, typically 2-4 working days
• Express: €19.90, typically 1-2 working days

Zone 2, Wider Europe

Austria, Portugal, Ireland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Hungary, Poland, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Romania, Greece, Cyprus and Malta ship on our extended European zone.

• Standard: €18.90, typically 3-5 working days
• Express: €24.90, typically 2-3 working days

United Kingdom

UK shipments include the paperwork needed for compliant wholesale imports.

• Standard: €19.90, typically 3-5 working days
• Express: €29.90, typically 1-3 working days
• Documentation: Export and compliance paperwork included

Dispatch Times

Orders confirmed before 14:00 (Amsterdam time, CET/CEST) on working days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 or on weekends/public holidays leave on the next working day.

You receive a carrier tracking link by email as soon as your shipment leaves our Amsterdam depot.

Packaging

All wholesale orders ship in plain, unbranded outer cartons. Bulk flower and resin lots are vacuum-sealed in food-grade odour-barrier pouches. CBD oils ship in protective foam inserts. Every carton includes a packing slip and batch Certificates of Analysis (COAs).

We work with established European parcel and freight networks selected per route:

• PostNL / DHL Parcel: Netherlands and Benelux parcel, 1-2 working days.
• DPD / GLS: Mainland EU parcel, 2-5 working days depending on zone.
• UPS Express Saver: Express parcel for UK and EU, 1-3 working days.
• Pallet freight: Booked per quote for orders above 30 kg or with custom packaging volume; 3-7 working days across mainland EU.

Lead times by order type

• Open catalogue (in stock): dispatch within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation.
• White-label, label-only: 5-10 working days from artwork sign-off.
• White-label, full custom packaging: 4-8 weeks for first run; 2-4 weeks for repeat runs.
• Bulk oil over 25 L or isolate over 25 kg: production lead time confirmed at quote stage.

Restricted markets

We only ship into jurisdictions where industrial hemp and commercial CBD products are legally importable and where our batch COAs meet the destination THC threshold:

• UK: shipped only on UK-compliant batches that meet the 1mg-per-unit total-THC ceiling. Customs declaration matches the COA.
• Switzerland & Norway: shipped after compliance review with customs declarations issued by our dispatch desk.
• Outside EU + UK + EFTA: requires written confirmation from our compliance desk prior to ordering.
• Synthetic cannabinoids (HHC / HHC-P / THC-P / etc.): not stocked and not sold.

Documentation pack with every wholesale order

Every wholesale dispatch includes a printed and digital compliance pack: batch Certificate of Analysis (COA), EU hemp variety registration details, ingredient declaration, and commercial invoice. Buyers can review certificates ahead of ordering in the COA & lab analysis hub.

Accepted Payment Options

• Bank Transfer (SEPA / International Wire): Default B2B settlement method. Our pro forma invoice with IBAN/BIC details is sent immediately upon order confirmation.
• Direct Cryptocurrency Payment (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, SOL, XMR): Pay directly to our official receiving wallets below. Select your preferred cryptocurrency and network at checkout, transfer the order total, and share your Order ID or TXID via email or livechat for immediate dispatch allocation.
• Credit / Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard) — Under Maintenance: Card processing is temporarily under maintenance. Please use SEPA Bank Transfer or Direct Cryptocurrency Payment.

Wholesale Invoice Accounts

Repeat business buyers with verified trade accounts can apply for net-7 or net-14 invoice terms. Apply for a wholesale account or contact our wholesale desk.

Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, you receive a dispatch email containing:

• Your commercial invoice and batch summary
• Your carrier tracking number
• Direct link to follow delivery progress in real time

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns of unopened, factory-sealed wholesale packs within 14 days of delivery for a refund minus original shipping costs. To arrange a return, contact our team with your order number.

Opened pouches or unsealed bulk containers cannot be returned unless the shipment arrived damaged or incorrect.
