What you get with every wholesale order
A documentation pack accompanies every batch we dispatch. The exact contents depend on destination market and product format, but the core is always the same.
Certificate of Analysis (COA)
Per-batch cannabinoid profile, residual solvents, heavy metals, and microbiology screening from accredited EU laboratories.
Hemp registration certificate
Confirmation that the source hemp is registered in the EU Common Catalogue and grown under EU hemp regulations.
Ingredient declaration
Full ingredient list and intended-use declaration for retail compliance files.
Dispatch documentation
Packing list, batch references, and CMR or commercial invoice for cross-border movement when required.
Lot traceability
Every batch is traceable from cultivar / extraction lot to dispatch parcel for downstream audit.
Confidential by request
COA and compliance pack are released to verified wholesale buyers - we do not publish customer-specific batch data.
How to request documentation
- Tell us the SKU and ideally the batch reference (printed on the parcel and on the product label).
- Confirm the buyer entity. We share the documentation pack with verified wholesale buyers only.
- We send the COA, hemp certificate, and ingredient declaration as a PDF pack within 1 business day.
- For ongoing supply, the same pack is included automatically with every dispatch.
Compliance FAQs
Where is the COA?
A per-batch COA is issued for every production lot we ship. It is delivered with the order and available on request from the wholesale desk before purchase.
Which lab issues the analysis?
Accredited EU laboratories. The lab name and accreditation reference are on each COA.
Can I see a COA before placing my first order?
Yes, send a request from the contact desk with the SKUs you are evaluating and we share the most recent COA for those batches.
Do COAs cover THC for the UK market?
Yes, our COAs report total THC. For UK orders we ship batches that comply with the UK threshold and we flag this on the documentation pack.
Do you keep retention samples?
Yes, retention samples are kept per batch and can be re-tested in case of a downstream challenge.
