How we stay compliant

Six controls applied to every order: source material, threshold matching, novel-food posture, packaging, dispatch paperwork, and a hard list of what we refuse to ship.

EU hemp regulation

Our flower, hash, and extract source material is grown from hemp varieties registered in the EU Common Catalogue under the EU industrial hemp framework (regulation (EU) 1308/2013, current limits). All raw material complies with the applicable national THC threshold at point of cultivation.

THC threshold per market

We respect the legal THC ceiling of each destination market: 0.3% in most EU countries, 0.2% where still applicable, and 1mg per finished product unit for the UK. Batches that do not match the destination ceiling are blocked at the dispatch stage.

Novel-food positioning (oils & isolates)

CBD oils, isolates, and concentrates are positioned as wholesale ingredients for downstream professional buyers. We do not market them as food supplements directly to end consumers from this site, and we do not make therapeutic claims. Buyers operating in food-supplement markets are responsible for their own novel-food authorisation pathway.

Packaging & labelling

Bulk and white-label packaging is supplied in neutral or co-branded format with batch number and best-before date. We do not pre-print therapeutic claims, dosage instructions, or unauthorised health statements on any packaging.

Dispatch paperwork

Every shipment leaves with a packing list, batch reference, and where required CMR or commercial invoice. Cross-border EU shipments above customs thresholds receive the full export pack. UK and Switzerland shipments include the customs declaration matching destination compliance.

What we will not ship

We do not ship synthetic cannabinoids (HHC, HHC-P, THC-P, etc.), grey-market psychoactive analogues, or any product that does not match the destination market threshold. We also do not ship into markets where commercial CBD is not legally importable.

Buyer responsibilities

We supply hemp-compliant material with a documentation pack. The downstream commercial path is yours. As a wholesale buyer you are responsible for:

  • Verifying that your downstream commercial use is legal in your jurisdiction.
  • Holding any food-supplement, cosmetic, or veterinary authorisations required in your market.
  • Operating an age-gate of 18+ (or the applicable local minimum) at point of resale.
  • Maintaining your own customer-facing labelling, dosage, and warning text in accordance with local rules.
  • Reporting batch references and our COA reference in your own quality file.

Compliance FAQs

Is your hemp legal in the EU?

Yes. Source hemp is grown from EU Common Catalogue varieties and meets the THC threshold of the destination market at the point of dispatch.

Will you ship to the UK?

Yes, on UK-compliant batches only. UK shipments are limited to products that meet the 1mg-per-unit total-THC ceiling and are released only with the matching COA.

Do you sell HHC or other synthetic cannabinoids?

No. We do not produce, stock, or ship synthetic or semi-synthetic cannabinoids. Our catalogue is hemp-derived CBD only.

Can I resell as a food supplement in my country?

Possibly, depending on your national authorisation. Several EU markets accept CBD oils as food supplements, others require novel-food authorisation. You are responsible for verifying eligibility in your market.

Do you provide a compliance pack for our quality file?

Yes. Verified wholesale buyers receive a documentation pack: per-batch COA, hemp registration certificate, ingredient declaration, and dispatch references. Request the pack from the wholesale desk.
