When do I start earning points?
Points are earned on every qualifying wholesale order from the moment you open your account. Points are credited within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
Do points expire?
Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned, provided your account remains active (at least one order per 12 months). Inactive accounts may have points reset.
How are tier levels calculated?
Tier levels are based on your total cumulative spend since account opening. They never decrease. Once you reach Silver or Gold, you retain that status permanently.
Can I combine a reward discount with other promotions?
Reward discounts can generally be combined with volume pricing, but not with other active promotional codes. Contact your account manager for details.
Is the program available in all countries?
Yes, the loyalty program is available to all registered wholesale accounts across our delivery zones: France, Belgium, Switzerland, Spain, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, and the UK.
